🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Glimzee

At Glimzee, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great care in delivering quality jewelry that’s beautifully packaged and securely shipped. However, in rare cases where an issue arises, we are here to help.

🔸 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, broken, or defective item

  • You received the wrong product

To qualify, you must:

  • Send us a clear unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel to the product inside - no cuts or edits)

  • Contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order

  • Make sure the product is unused and in original packaging


🔸 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Record a complete unboxing video when you first open your parcel.

  2. If there's an issue, send the video to us via Instagram DM or WhatsApp within 3 days.

  3. Once we verify the issue, we’ll offer you one of the following:

    • A replacement

    • A store credit

    • A refund (only if replacement is not available)


❌ What’s Not Covered

We do not offer returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video provided

  • Complaint sent after 3 days

  • You changed your mind or didn’t like the item after receiving it

  • Product was damaged due to mishandling after delivery
